1. Sponsor
This giveaway (the “Contest”) is run by Shaadi Sheets (the “Sponsor”). Contact: giveaway@shaadisheets.com. The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta.
2. Contest period
The Contest starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on Thursday, October 1, 2026 and ends at 8:00:00 p.m. ET on Sunday, October 25, 2026, when the South Asian Bride Wedding Show closes (the “Contest Period”). Entry requires checking in at the Sponsor’s booth, which is not possible after the show ends. The Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper.
Creating a free Shaadi Sheets account remains possible after the Contest Period, and free access runs until November 1, 2026 — but an account created after the Contest Period is not an entry and cannot win.
3. Who can enter
The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who are planning a wedding taking place on or after January 1, 2027. Employees, contractors and representatives of the Sponsor and of the prize supplier, and the members of their immediate families (parents, siblings, children and spouses) and households, are not eligible.
Your wedding date is the one you give when you create your Shaadi Sheets account. It must be on or after January 1, 2027 at the time you enter. If you do not give a wedding date, or the date you give is earlier than that, you can still create a free account and use Shaadi Sheets — you are simply not entered in the draw. Changing the date after the Contest Period closes does not create an entry.
4. How to enter
There is one way to enter. All three steps below must be completed, and step 3 can only be done in person on show day.
- Follow all three Instagram accounts. @shaadisheets, @southasianbridemagazine and @sollisstudio. You confirm this when you enter, and the Sponsor may check it before confirming a winner.
- Create a free Shaadi Sheets account. Visit shaadisheets.com/win (or scan a Shaadi Sheets QR code) and complete the signup, confirming that you are 19 or older, live in Ontario and agree to these rules. No credit card or payment information is collected, and you will not be charged. Signing up gives you free access to Shaadi Sheets until November 1, 2026 — or, if you sign up at the show on October 25, for 30 days from the day you sign up. Continuing to use Shaadi Sheets after that is optional and is not required to win.
- Check in at the booth, by 8:00 p.m. Visit the Shaadi Sheets booth at the South Asian Bride Wedding Show in Brampton, Ontario on Sunday, October 25, 2026, and have a member of Sponsor staff record your check-in before the show closes at 8:00 p.m. ET. Check-in cannot be completed before or after that day, after 8:00 p.m., or by any other means.
Limit: one entry per person, and one account per person, however many times you complete the steps. Entries made with more than one email address, by automated means, or that are incomplete, will be disqualified. Your entry is complete, and you are in the draw, only once all three steps above have been recorded by the Sponsor.
5. The prize
There is one (1) prize, made up of two parts:
- Two (2) tickets to Toronto Raptors vs Brooklyn Nets at Scotiabank Arena, Toronto, on Friday, November 27, 2026, tip-off 7:30 p.m. ET. The seats are in the lower bowl (100-level). The specific section, row and seat numbers are chosen by the Sponsor and are given to the winner with the tickets; they cannot be requested or changed.
- A one-night hotel stay for two (2) people in the Greater Toronto Area.
Approximate retail value: $1,400 CAD. The actual value may vary, and any difference will not be paid out.
The game date is fixed. The winner must be able to attend on November 27, 2026. A selected entrant who cannot attend that date forfeits the prize, and the Sponsor may draw another eligible entry. If the game is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled by the venue or the league, the Sponsor may substitute tickets to another game, or a prize of equal or greater value. The hotel, the room type and the night are chosen by the Sponsor and arranged with the winner.
The prize is subject to availability and to the hotel’s and the ticket seller’s terms, including its booking window, blackout dates and check-in requirements, which will be given to the winner. The prize must be accepted as awarded. It cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged for cash, except that the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize cannot be provided. Anything not listed above (for example travel to the hotel, gratuities, incidental charges and anything else of a personal nature) is the winner’s responsibility.
6. The draw
On Monday, October 26, 2026, in Toronto, Ontario, the Sponsor will draw one (1) entry at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. Every eligible entry counts once. The chances of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winning
The selected entrant will be contacted by email (and by phone, if provided) within two (2) business days of the draw. To be confirmed as the winner, they must, within five (5) business days of being contacted:
- reply to the Sponsor;
- correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question; and
- sign and return the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, confirming that they meet these rules and accept the prize; and
- still be following all three Instagram accounts listed in section 4; and
- confirm they are able to attend the game on November 27, 2026.
If the selected entrant cannot be reached, does not meet these rules, answers the question incorrectly or does not return the form in time, they forfeit the prize and the Sponsor may draw another eligible entry. The Sponsor may announce the winner’s first name and city by email and on its Instagram account.
8. Your information
The information you give when entering is used to run the Contest: to check eligibility, count entries, contact the winner and award the prize. The winner’s name and contact details are shared with the prize supplier only to arrange the prize. If you create an account, your account information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. You will receive emails about your entry and your account. You will receive planning tips and offers only if you ticked the box asking for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
9. General conditions
By entering, you agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Contest. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete or not received because of technical problems, network or website failures, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control. The Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the Contest cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor may modify, suspend or end it, and in that case may award the prize by random draw from the eligible entries received up to that point.
By accepting the prize, the winner releases the Sponsor, the prize supplier, and their respective employees, directors and agents from any liability for loss, damage or injury arising from taking part in the Contest or from accepting or using the prize, to the extent permitted by law.
The Contest is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. It is void where prohibited by law.
